Small update with countries and fixes

This small update adds some new countries, bug fixes and a country categorizer.

These categories allow you to exclude or include certain countries in the contest. It also makes the countries more managable.

Fixed issue where the grand final running order did not match the allocated running order

Fixed an issue where during the rehearsals the rating would increase incorrectly

Tunisia name fixed

The 12 new countries added are:

• Faroe Islands
• Åland
• England
• Northern Ireland
• Jersey
• Guernsey
• Isle of Man
• Lapland
• Iraq
• Syria
• Saudi Arabia
• Palestine
